M0851 Boston Backpack and Blue Lace Two Piece Dress

Freshly back from Montreal and dreaming of sunny Boston days! It’s been cold and rainy ever since we got back, and I seem to have come down with another cold, boo! But the good news is that it’s supposed to get sunny and warm again this weekend, just like the day we shot this pretty powder blue lace two-piece dress and leather backpack in Boston Public Garden. Here’s to hoping that the summer weather will stick this time!

This is my first two-piece dress, and it’s the perfect way to get into a fun summer mood. I love the pastel color, and the lace details give it such great movement and keep it lightweight for warm summer days.

I’m officially sold on the idea of a two-piece, since it gives you 3x the outfit options! As a two-piece, it would be perfect to wear to a birthday, wedding, brunch, or picnic. Or, you can break it up into 2 separate pieces – top and skirt – and style separately! The top would look amazing with a skirt or white jeans, and the skirt portion would be great with a graphic tee, cropped top, or tank and cardigan. When you think about the versatility of all of those outfit options, it’s honestly such a steal at less than $100!
