As many of you know, I really love brunching! My roommates and I recently found a new brunch spot in Brookline called Kuples Bakery that I must share with you all.
Kuples is pronounced “couples,” and is known for their great bagel selection and large menu. There was practically a line out the door while we were there, and for good reason!
As you can see, this local shop named their menu items after train stations in Boston. I really love the creativity and local pride here!
I ordered the simple an impossibly fresh Back Bay bagel, which consisted of egg, cheese and tomato. The protein and scrumptious ingredients made for a great start to my day. I’d like to try more bagel joints in Boston, so stay tuned for those!
